At BlueWings, each product is handmade with love and care. As a result, we do not offer refunds. However, we do provide replacements in case of damaged or incorrect items.

You are eligible for a replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

📸 Required Proof:

To request a replacement, please email us at support@bluewings-usa.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos showing the product condition and packaging

🚫 No Refunds Policy:

  • We do not offer monetary refunds.

  • Replacement is our only resolution method for eligible issues.

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be replaced unless damaged or incorrect.

🔄 Replacement Process:

  1. Submit your replacement request within 7 days.

  2. Our team will review the request within 48 hours.

  3. If approved, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.

❌ Non-Replacement Scenarios:

  • Delays caused by the courier company.

  • Slight product variations (as items are handmade).

  • Orders reported beyond 7 days of delivery.
